Technophobia has evolved to become G2G3 Digital
Working across the financial, retail, enterprise and public sectors, we create online solutions that exceed customer expectations and deliver value for your business.
We transform business performance through our expertise in digital strategy, service design, multi-surface user experience delivery, web integration and platform build. Part of Capita plc, formerly known as Technophobia, we have over 19 years extensive experience of delivering innovative digital services from consultancy/advisory engagements through to large multi-million pound programmes.
Using hybrid agile project methodologies we successfully delivered a multi-million pound channel switch program to enable innovators in business, research and government to collaborate and share knowledge online; driving forward the rate of innovation in the UK.
We successfully delivered DVSA’s first Agile project, to provide a mobile first online test booking platform, and outperformed targets, achieving 93% digital take-up, 60% reduction in telephone contacts, and 2.2m digital transactions per year.
We enabled the council to serve its citizens more efficiently and cost effectively by development of a Strategy for a Connected City and the delivery of adaptable single platform service oriented architecture.
We provided consultancy, support, user experience design expertise and Agile project management mentoring as part of one of the largest IT projects undertaken by the company. The redesign and build of the online consumer business platform yielded a 198% increase in parcels sent and 220% increase in revenue.
To support the bank in its mission ‘to provide a better banking experience’ our user experience design team conducted an extensive review of the preexisting site. We then applied best practice methodology to produce a comprehensive set of design principles that guided our work to craft an industry changing online experience.
Our team worked closely with Reed Global to integrate new search functionality with their legacy systems enabling them to realise their business aims. The new market leading search has empowered the experience, and data, available to both customers and the internal business users. As a result online job applications increased 110% against the previous comparable period.
